Voting Impression: "Please Participate Actively in Voting"
The late former President Roh Moo-hyun's wife, Kwon Yang-sook, said on the 10th, "I have no special thoughts, but I hope many people participate in the voting." Regarding her son-in-law, candidate Kwak Sang-eon, who is running in Jongno, Seoul, she said, "Oh, I hope it goes well."
Wearing a hat, a dark khaki spring coat, black pants, and sneakers, Mrs. Kwon visited the 22nd general election polling station around 8 a.m. that day. It was the 7th polling station set up in the multipurpose hall of Hanbit Library near Bongha Village in Bonsan-ri, Jinyeong-eup, Gimhae City. She warmly greeted residents and election officials.
When asked about her health and exercise routine, Mrs. Kwon said, "I am doing well in the countryside," adding, "The countryside itself is a place for exercise. I am comfortably coming and going." Since returning to Gimhae, Mrs. Kwon has voted on the actual election day in every election.
