The transportation network construction sector includes two projects: △operation of high-speed rail by 2028 △improving urban quality and residential conditions through road network expansion. In the foreigner attraction sector, three projects will be promoted: △implementation of region-specific visa programs △introduction of foreign seasonal workers (rural/fishing villages), among others. Additionally, one project for the hometown love donation system will be promoted to form a relational population, focusing administrative efforts on attracting a living population.
