Remax Gold Asset Participates in the '2024 US Remax R4 Convention'

Remax Gold Asset, a commercial real estate specialist company located in Gangnam, Seoul, announced on the 9th that it participated in the ‘2024 RE/MAX R4 Convention’ held at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, USA, from March 24 to 28.

The ‘RE/MAX R4 Convention’ is an event held annually in Las Vegas, USA, by RE/MAX, the world’s number one global real estate franchise company that started 51 years ago in the United States and has expanded to over 110 countries with more than 140,000 real estate agents worldwide. The convention provides various training sessions and opportunities for networking, and it awards agents who achieved outstanding performance in the past year. Approximately 6,000 agents from around the world participate each year.

In particular, at this year’s awards ceremony, Team Leader Lee Jae-hyun of Remax Gold Asset ranked 43rd worldwide in the commercial sector based on the 2023 settlement and 15th in RE/MAX Global (excluding the United States and Canada). He received the ‘Chairman’s Club Award,’ which is given to agents with performance ranging from $500,000 to $749,000. The ‘Club Award’ applies the same criteria across the 110 countries where RE/MAX operates. Earlier in February, at the RE/MAX Korea Convention, Team Leader Lee was awarded the 2023 RE/MAX Korea Top Producer (1st place) and received the highest transaction award in the commercial sector.

Additionally, at Remax Gold Asset, Director Hwang Seo-woo received the ‘Chairman’s Club Award,’ Agent Byun Ki-young received the ‘100% Club Award’ for performance between $100,000 and $250,000, and Team Leaders Lee Jae-sang, Ryu Kwan-ha, Kwon So-young, and Lee Hye-young received the ‘Executive Club’ award for performance between $50,000 and $100,000. In total, seven members were listed as award recipients, demonstrating Remax Korea’s position as the top-grossing franchise.
