The first '0 calorie' ice cream in the domestic frozen dessert industry is being launched.

On the 8th, Lotte Wellfood announced that it will sell 0 calorie 'Screw Bar' and 'Jaws Bar'.

Both products are frozen desserts that can be enjoyed cool and sweet without worrying about calories.

Instead of sugar, they use the natural sweetener allulose. A Lotte Wellfood official said, "We achieved 0 calories while delivering a sweet and refreshing fruit flavor that is comparable to existing products."

These products target the trending 0 calorie food craze, actively appealing to women in their 10s to 30s who are conscious of calorie intake. Until now, the only cool 0 calorie snacks to beat the heat were beverages, but starting this summer, consumers can enjoy even cooler 0 calorie ice cream.
