Dong-Eui Science University and Busan Digital High School Hold New Technology Experience Camp

Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Young-do) Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center held the ‘2024 Busan Digital High School High School Level Work-Learning Dual System Activation New Technology Experience Camp’ on the 5th at the Changjo Hall and Industry-Academia Hall AI Cafe with Busan Digital High School, an industry-academia integrated apprenticeship school.

At the event, 19 second- and third-year students from the apprenticeship class (Digital Electronics Department) of Busan Digital High School, along with the head of apprenticeship education, responsible teachers, and apprenticeship officers, visited the university to participate in the new technology experience camp through a special lecture on semiconductor and electronic technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and a demonstration of a quadruped walking robot.

This camp was organized as a measure to activate the high school level work-learning dual system, aiming to provide career development roadmaps and increase motivation for training by expanding opportunities for high school level work-learners to experience new technologies.

Kim Chang-dong, head of the Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, expressed, “Through this event to activate the high school level work-learning dual system at local apprenticeship schools, I hope that the students of the Digital Electronics Department apprenticeship class at Busan Digital High School will benefit in preparing career development roadmaps and boosting training motivation, and we will continue to provide unwavering support.”
