Special Supply Recruitment for 'Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong' with Early Closure of General Rental

Jeil Construction announced that ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong,’ a public-supported private rental housing project under construction in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, has sold out early in the general supply and plans to recruit for special supply in April this year, attracting attention.

Located in the Okjeong-dong area of Yangju-si, ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong’ will be developed with a total of 1,304 households ranging from 64 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, and special supply will be conducted for 589 households with relaxed conditions.


The special supply targets youth, elderly, and newlyweds, and any household member aged 19 or older without a home nationwide can apply without a subscription savings account. These units are not counted as housing, so there is no tax burden such as acquisition tax or property tax.


‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong’ is a public-supported private rental housing that allows stable residence without moving worries for up to 10 years through contract extensions every 2 years. The rental deposit is guaranteed by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), ensuring high stability.


The initial rent is set lower than the surrounding market price. General supply applicants will be offered at 95% or less of the market price, and special supply applicants at 85% or less. Even after moving in, the increase rate of rental deposit and monthly rent is limited to within 5% per year, reducing economic burden.


Additionally, ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong’ is gaining favorable responses from demanders by offering a rent-free discount benefit. This refers to a standard rental type condition that discounts monthly rent until January 31, 2025. Since ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong’ is ready for immediate move-in, the sooner residents move in, the greater the benefits they can receive.


‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong’ is located in Yangju New Town, the largest scale in the northeastern metropolitan area, and is expected to enjoy high-quality infrastructure such as transportation, education, and convenience facilities.


First, the location boasts a safe school district with Okbit Elementary School (including attached kindergarten), Okbit Middle School, and Okbit High School right in front of the complex. Yulbit Elementary School, Yeonpureun Elementary School, and academy districts are also within walking distance, and residents of ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Okjeong’ can receive a 20% discount at the Plutonvis Language Academy located within the complex, attracting high interest from parents.


The administrative welfare center (planned) is also nearby, and it is easy to use facilities such as the movie theater (CGV) in the central commercial area around the complex. Adjacent to the complex is a park leading to Okjeong Central Lake Park, and natural environments such as Cheonbosan, Seondol Neighborhood Park, and Dokbawi Park are nearby, promising a pleasant residential environment.


Furthermore, major transportation developments such as the extension of Subway Line 7 to Okjeong Station (planned), GTX-C Line (planned), Deokjeong Station on Line 1, and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway (planned) are expected to significantly improve accessibility to Seoul.


As it is supplied under the ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae’ brand, the complex design is also excellent. All units are mainly arranged facing south for excellent lighting and ventilation.
