"Southeast Asian Tourists Flock In"… Shinsegae Duty Free, 'Asian Global Holiday'

Carefully Selected About 50 Brands Including K-Beauty and Fashion Accessories
Event Held Until the 30th at Myeongdong Store and Incheon Airport Store

Shinsegae Duty Free announced on the 8th that it will hold the 'Asian Global Holiday' event, featuring brands preferred by Asian travelers, until the 30th.

This event was planned considering that holidays in Southeast Asian countries, such as Thailand's Songkran and Indonesia's Lebaran, are concentrated in April. A Shinsegae Duty Free official stated, "We expect an increase in tourists visiting Korea for their national holidays," adding, "We prepared the event so they can have a special experience."

The event will take place at Shinsegae Duty Free Myeongdong and Incheon Airport branches. About 50 brands, including K-Beauty, perfumes, and fashion accessories, are participating. In particular, around 20 K-brands favored by Southeast Asian tourists, such as Sulwhasoo and Missha, were carefully selected for cosmetics.

At each store, the Incheon Airport branch is offering brand-specific gifts in addition to discount promotions. The Myeongdong branch is holding discount events focused on famous perfume brands such as Lanvin, Jimmy Choo, and Coach. Discounts are up to 40%.

Fashion brands participating in the event, such as Lacoste and Mark Gonzales, are conducting gift events for customers who purchase at the Myeongdong branch. Additionally, there will be gift events for healthcare brands and discount sales of character goods.
