The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (Sahakyeongeum) announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement with Naver Cloud at its headquarters in Naju to introduce the AI-based welfare call service, 'Clova Care Call.'

Through this business agreement, Sahakyeongeum will be the first public institution to promote a welfare call service project utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It will provide welfare services such as health and emotional care to elderly pension recipients and teachers' parents.

'Clova Care Call' is an AI service that calls recipients to inquire about their health, meals, sleep, exercise, and engages in everyday conversations. It remembers past conversations with the recipient to offer personalized dialogue services, enabling delicate emotional care. During calls, it also detects signs of health-related emergencies and provides care monitoring services such as calling 119 emergency services and connecting to hospitals.

The service targets pension recipients and teachers' parents who apply in advance. The number of users will be expanded through user satisfaction surveys and other means.

Song Hajung, Chairman of Sahakyeongeum, said, "We have launched the AI Care Call project to manage the health and emotional well-being of elderly pension recipients and single-person households. We will continue to strive to expand customer welfare services using digital technology."
