On the 3rd, Chairman Han, campaigning at the 'Car-Free Street' in Seongseo-dong, Chungju-si, Chungbuk, said, "According to our analysis of the situation, the People Power Party is narrowly winning or losing in 55 places nationwide. Among them, 26 are in the metropolitan area," adding, "If we win in these ultra-close regions, the People Power Party and you will definitely be victorious, but if everything collapses here, the constitutional amendment blockade line will fall." He also urged, "Please step up to stop criminals from undermining the constitutional order," emphasizing, "Early voting will begin soon. Please go to the polling stations no matter what."

Chairman Han reiterated his pledge to fully relocate the National Assembly to Sejong City. During his campaign at Jecheon Central Market in Jecheon-si, Chungbuk, he said, "We promised to completely relocate the National Assembly," adding, "The Chungcheong region will become the center of South Korea. Not just the political center, but also the center of commerce and economy." He continued, "If the Democratic Party gains power, they will obstruct this," and added, "I want to keep the promise of making Chungcheong a new economic hub and a fresh start."

Chairman Han also maintained his offensive against the opposition party. Referring to the controversial remarks made by Kim Jun-hyuk, the Democratic Party candidate running for Suwon City Council, he claimed, "They are normalizing misogyny and intend to embed it within power." He also said, "The day before, Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party leader, made remarks about Na Kyung-won (People Power Party candidate for Dongjak-gu, Seoul) saying 'Nabe this and that,' and Democratic Party candidate Ryu Sam-young said, 'We need to step on the pot,' which is extreme misogyny."

Regarding Cho Guk, the leader of the Cho Guk Innovation Party, he said, "Leader Cho claims that the 4050 generation is disadvantaged compared to youth and women, but what nonsense is that?" adding, "They are trying to divide the 4050 generation from youth and women." The day before, the Cho Guk Innovation Party released materials stating, "The 4050 generation has always been marginalized in politics," and proposed policies targeting the 4050 generation such as low-interest mortgage loans and early withdrawal of national pension funds for housing finance purposes.
