The simplification of the rank system aims to enable faster decision-making. By reducing the decision-making steps, the company intends to make key business decisions quickly and clearly, befitting a tech company. Another purpose of changing the rank system is to clarify responsibilities and authority by simplifying the organizational and positional structure.
