The Democratic Party of Korea is emphasizing the 'all-in theory' (focused selection theory) while stressing the need to judge the Yoon Seok-yeol administration. In this context, Yong Hye-in, co-chair of the Democratic United Coalition's joint standing election countermeasures committee, stated, "Depending on the outcome of public sentiment, the direction of national governance will inevitably change."

On the 3rd, during MBC Radio's 'Kim Jong-bae's Focus,' Committee Chair Yong explained, "'All-in' was a cute campaign initiated by the Democratic United Coalition at the start because coalition politics tends to be slow, and I believe it has achieved some results." He added, "As the election progresses, I increasingly feel that the core of the election is people's livelihood and the economy. Therefore, I think the key in the final stages of this election is how convincingly we can present to the public in the areas of livelihood and economy and offer hope for the future."

Regarding Han Dong-hoon, the emergency committee chairman of the People Power Party, who stated that if the opposition bloc secures 200 seats, the Korea-US alliance would collapse and freedom would be removed from liberal democracy, Yong said, "Seeing Chairman Han become more aggressive, resort to unreasonable arguments, and incite fear, I feel he is quite anxious." He further mentioned that the presidential runoff election system could become the most important issue going forward and criticized, "I want to question how the People Power Party's slightly over 100 seats have regressed and damaged South Korea over the past two years."

Yong said, "Rather than just securing 200 seats to stop President Yoon, it is important how we can mobilize the public to judge the Yoon administration in this general election." He emphasized, "President Yoon is heading toward closed communication and dogmatism ahead of the election. If we can deliver a significant judgment in the election, the national governance direction will inevitably have to change."
