Taking Action to Solve Senior Housing Issues

Careing, a nursing service startup, announced on the 2nd that it has partnered with real estate development company SDAMC to develop and operate large-scale complex-type senior housing.

Careing is striving to expand its integrated home care infrastructure, including day care centers and home care centers, to provide high-quality nursing services nationwide. It entered the senior housing business in January.

SDAMC is a real estate development specialist with extensive experience in complex development projects and is participating in the development and operation of the high-end senior residence VL Le West, scheduled for completion in the Magok district of Seoul.

Through this business agreement, the two companies will mutually cooperate in ▲ development and operation of senior welfare housing ▲ operation related to long-term care services ▲ discovery of new senior healthcare business models and product development, and will jointly participate in future senior housing development and supply public projects.

Careing will carry out specialized space planning and design consulting and operations for senior housing based on its expertise and operational capabilities in senior care, while SDAMC will identify business sites suitable for senior housing and promote related projects.
