'Galaxy Fit3' Released in Korea for 89,000 KRW

The 'Galaxy Fit3' features a 40mm display that is about 45% larger than its predecessor, allowing users to see more information on the screen. It has an aluminum body for enhanced durability and offers a comfortable fit with a lightweight design weighing 18.5g.
For safer outdoor use, it supports IP68-rated water and dust resistance, protecting against dust and freshwater at depths of up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. For water resistance, it can withstand depths of up to 50 meters (5 ATM) for up to 10 minutes.
The battery can last up to 13 days on a single full charge and supports fast charging, reaching up to 65% charge in 30 minutes. However, the charging adapter must be purchased separately.
It also supports various fitness functions. Users can record data for over 100 types of exercises including aerobic, weight training, and ball games, and it provides basic health monitoring features such as sleep and stress tracking.
For the first time in the series, it supports 'fall detection' and 'emergency SOS' functions. In the event of a fall, even if the user is unconscious, a voice call requesting rescue is automatically made to emergency contacts such as 119. At the same time, an SOS message containing location information is sent to pre-set phone numbers.
In case of an emergency, pressing the side button five times allows direct use of the emergency SOS function. In this case as well, a voice call is automatically connected to 119 and an SOS message is simultaneously sent to the configured phone numbers.
A remote control function is also provided to support remote shooting with the connected smartphone’s camera.
The 'Galaxy Fit3' will be exclusively released through Samsung.com and is available in three colors: Gray, Silver, and Pink Gold. The price is 89,000 KRW.
Samsung Electronics is also preparing various package deals. For customers who want to distinguish between wearable devices for fitness and daily life, a package consisting of the 'Galaxy Fit3' and the 'Galaxy Watch6 Classic 47mm' is available at a price of 499,000 KRW. A package including the 'Galaxy Fit3' and a fast-charging '25W PD charger' is priced at 110,000 KRW.
