The Youth Advisory Group is composed of young people in their 20s and 30s, including university students and office workers. The second group of participants, selected at the end of last year, will be active until May.

At this meeting, Chairman Ryu and the advisory group exchanged opinions on issues across the Korean economy such as low birth rates, career paths and employment, entrepreneurship, and the startup ecosystem, as well as key interests of the younger generation.

A participant in his 30s, an office worker, proposed a tentative program called 'Youth Spring' to nurture self-reliant youth and talents from civic groups and support job seekers. Following this, a participant in his 20s suggested the 'ShinsaengHankki' project, which selects outstanding new employees from HanKyungHyup member companies to provide mentoring for job seekers. There was also a proposal to establish the 'HanKyungHyup Job Market' platform to share real-time job information from HanKyungHyup member companies and their partner firms.

HanKyungHyup plans to hold Youth Advisory Group meetings quarterly, using this event as an opportunity to find 'young solutions' to social issues.
