BS Industrial, the development business subsidiary of Boseong Group, announced on the 1st that it has appointed Kim Mankyeom, former Vice President of the Development Business Headquarters at Hanwha Construction, as its new CEO.
Born in 1964, CEO Kim graduated from Konkuk University and is an expert in housing and urban development projects, having served as Head of the Development Business Office and Head of the Development Business Headquarters at Hanwha Construction. He successfully led large-scale public complex development projects such as the Suwon MICE, Seoul Station North Station Area, Daejeon Station Area, Suseo Station Transfer Center complex development projects, and the Jamsil Sports and MICE complex space creation project.
BS Industrial's strategy is to accelerate large-scale development projects such as the eco-friendly future city Solar City, Saemangeum Shinshiyami, and smart cities in Sejong and Busan by recruiting CEO Kim, who possesses expertise in development projects and a broad human and material network.
