By gender, there are approximately 22.33 million women (50.47%) and 21.91 million men (49.53%). By region, Gyeonggi-do has the highest number with about 11.59 million voters (26.2%), while Sejong Special Self-Governing City has the fewest with about 300,000 voters (0.7%).
The domestic voter registry was finalized as of the 19th, targeting voters registered in the jurisdiction of districts, cities, and counties. Those who registered their change of address after the 20th must vote at their previous address on election day.
