Development of AI Human Multilingual Interpretation and Translation Service
"Creating an Innovative Business Model"
Extended Reality (XR) company Antreality has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for technology development cooperation with Plitoh, a KOSDAQ-listed artificial intelligence (AI) language data company.
Through this agreement, Antreality and Plitoh plan to explore ways to enhance user experience centered on immersive digital human creation technology and AI translation and interpretation technology. The two companies aim to build an environment that enables high-quality interaction without distinction between reality and virtual spaces in places where real-time multilingual communication is required.
Specifically, they will collaborate on technology development including ▲ cooperation on digital human and character content creation technology using AI-based translation and interpretation solutions ▲ strengthening expert networks for AI conversational service planning and development ▲ R&D cooperation on service quality improvement and data technology.
Additionally, the two companies will pursue strategic collaboration in future industries within the Middle Eastern market based on multilingual services using large language models (LLM) and visual computing technology.
Plitoh is actively engaged as part of the Ministry of Science and ICT’s 'Public-Private Joint Digital Export Pioneering Team,' continuing discussions on cooperation with AI providers in the Middle East. Antreality has also taken the lead in entering the Middle Eastern market by accompanying the presidential economic delegation to the UAE and Saudi Arabia last year and participating in this year’s Ministry of Industry’s 'Middle East Future Partnership Delegation.'
Lee Dong-yoon, CEO of Antreality, stated, "We look forward to creating innovative business models across various industries such as culture, tourism, and education."
Lee Jung-soo, CEO of Plitoh, said, "We will continue our efforts to comprehensively showcase South Korea’s digital technology capabilities in the global market."
