On the 30th, Lee Seunghwan uploaded a series of photos on Facebook featuring the number 9 sculpture, a bike and helmet marked with the number 9, along with the caption "9 and 9." The number 9 is the symbol of the Joguk Innovation Party running for proportional representation in the 22nd general election.

Joguk Innovation Party leader Jo Guk responded by sharing the post on his own SNS. Leader Jo and the Joguk Innovation Party promoted the number 9 with slogans such as "Let's 9 Joguk," "Jeong9ji" (a Gyeongsang-do dialect word for chive), and "9ut."

Lee Seunghwan, a prominent pro-opposition figure in the entertainment industry, also posted a message in January criticizing President Yoon Seok-yeol’s veto of the "Kim Geon-hee Special Act." He uploaded a photo from Yoon’s presidential candidate days with the caption, "Why reject the special prosecutor? Because you are guilty," along with the hashtags "fairness and common sense." This was interpreted as a criticism of the presidential office’s decision to veto the Kim Geon-hee special prosecutor law, using Yoon’s past statements as a reference.

Shortly after President Yoon’s election in April last year, Lee Seunghwan shared a post from former Minister of Justice Jo Guk on SNS, which said, "Apply the 'Yoon Seok-yeol standard' used against the Jo Guk family to Yoon Seok-yeol’s family and officials of the Yoon administration." He also added the phrase "fairness and common sense" at that time.

In September, he introduced two books side by side: former Minister Jo Guk’s "The Tears of Dike" and Jo Min, Jo Guk’s daughter’s "Still Moving Forward Today."
