President Yoon Suk-yeol visited an elementary school conducting Neulbom School on the 29th and participated as a special one-day instructor. This was an act to keep his promise to directly contribute his talents to Neulbom School. In particular, President Yoon emphasized once again his determination to promote Neulbom School and medical reform related to the safety of the people, saying, "There are many other national issues in my mind, but Neulbom School and medical reform occupy most of it."

On that day, President Yoon visited Ain Elementary School in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, and watched the Nuri rocket launch video with children as a special one-day instructor for the first-grade customized program of Neulbom School, and read picture books related to space and rockets. The first-grade customized program is a program that provides two hours of free daily programs focused on school adaptation, play-centered creativity and science, and arts and physical education for first graders who wish to attend Neulbom School.

In his remarks, President Yoon said, "Both Neulbom School and medical reform are related to the safety of the people," and emphasized, "Neulbom is to safely take care of children, and medical reform is the basic duty of the state to protect the health and safety of the people."

Earlier, President Yoon had visited Neulbom School several times to personally check the on-site situation, emphasized talent donation from all walks of life, and expressed his will to practice talent donation himself. President Yoon attended Neulbom School held at Oryong Elementary School in Muan, Jeollanam-do, and Myeongryun Elementary School in Wonju, Gangwon Province, on the 14th and 21st, respectively.

First, President Yoon visited the classroom where the first-grade customized program was in progress, watched the Nuri rocket launch video with the children, read picture books related to space and rockets, and then flew a model of the Nuri rocket with the children, explaining the propulsion principle of the rocket to them.

After exploring the principles of the Nuri rocket launch, President Yoon assembled a model of the Nuri rocket launch vehicle with the children. After finishing the assembly, President Yoon counted down “Three! Two! One!” with the children and blew vigorously into the straw connected to the rocket to launch the Nuri rocket. According to Kim Soo-kyung, spokesperson for the Presidential Office, in a written briefing, President Yoon taught the children how to blow to send the Nuri rocket far and praised them, saying, "You are flying it farther than grandpa."

After the program, President Yoon took photos with the children who participated in the activities to leave memories of the day. When President Yoon shouted "Space power!" while taking pictures, the children responded, "Republic of Korea!" When the president shouted again, "Who makes the space power?" the children answered, "We do!"

After finishing his role as a special one-day instructor, President Yoon moved to discuss with the principal of Ain Elementary School, Neulbom dedicated staff, teachers, and Neulbom instructors about the experience of operating Neulbom School over the past four weeks and ways to successfully operate Neulbom School.
