Professor Jin Joong-kwon, a special professor at Kwangwoon University, appeared on a live radio broadcast and suddenly declared his voluntary withdrawal, claiming that the broadcast was politically biased.

On the 28th, Professor Jin appeared on CBS Radio's 'Park Jae-hong's One Round Match.' The broadcast was scheduled to discuss the controversy surrounding Han Dong-hoon, the Emergency Response Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, who said during a campaign, "The problem is people who do politics like dogs, not politics itself."

Professor Jin pointed out, "It seems like (Chairman Han) is emphasizing expressions like 'like dogs.' I wish he wouldn't do that. Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party, mocked the victims of the May 18 Gwangju Uprising. That kind of remark was not addressed here. Recently, the derogatory term 'stepmother' used by an adoptive family was also not addressed here," he said.

He continued, "I believe such remarks should not be brought into the public discourse because they dilute the essence of the problem itself," adding, "Seeing that today's topic was set as (Chairman Han's 'like dogs' remark) and the thumbnail was made accordingly makes me angry." He criticized, "Just as we criticize the Korea Communications Standards Commission, we should not engage in such behavior ourselves," and emphasized, "We must be fair."

When a fellow panelist suggested that "Chairman Han is being discussed because he used rough language he hadn't used before," Professor Jin responded, "Does that mean people who always use harsh language can keep doing so without criticism?"

The host intervened, saying, "You can criticize, but your harsh comments about the production team's choice of topics are surprising," and added, "We have always explained our choices, but this seems really inappropriate."

When the host asked, "Have we ever restricted you when you criticized (Lee Jae-myung)?", Professor Jin replied, "Yes, you restricted me. You kept interrupting and asking questions that were not on the list." He said, "I usually let it go, but seeing this today, I think this is not right. I cannot continue this kind of broadcast," and suddenly expressed his intention to withdraw.

The host concluded, "We have always given you ample opportunity to speak," and said, "This is not the time to say such things during a live broadcast. Let's end this discussion here for now."
