The golf membership market is experiencing an overall decline in average prices.

According to Dong-A Membership Trading Center on the 30th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 257.54 million KRW, down 0.01% compared to last week. By price range, only the ultra-high price range rose by 0.11%. The high price range fell by 0.04%, the mid-price range by 0.14%, and the low price range by 0.15%. Dong-A Membership Trading Center stated, "The number of fluctuating items has decreased, leading to a shortage of trading volume," and analyzed that "amid ongoing inquiries for spring season transactions, the overall trend will maintain a stable range."


The average price in the central region is 291.93 million KRW, up 0.04% compared to last week. Namseoul only saw bottom-fishing purchases, dropping 0.33%, and Giheung fell 1.39% due to lower bid prices. Ipo declined sharply by 4.35% amid cautious buying. On the other hand, Asiana's ask prices rose, increasing by 0.64%. Central rose 0.64%, Ribera 2.44%, Seoul 0.83%, Hanyang 1.62%, and Songchu 0.71%. Team leader Park Cheon-ju said, "The central region membership market is showing a stable trend with fewer fluctuating items. A box range market is expected to continue for the time being."


The average price in the southern region is 168.53 million KRW, down 0.22% compared to last week. Gyeongju Shilla fell 1.33% due to decreased purchase orders. Dongnae Benest dropped 2.63% following news of green fee increases. Ulsan fell 1.22% amid intense bidding between buyers and sellers. Pami Hills declined by 0.22%. Team leader Lee Yoon-hee forecasted, "In the southern region membership market, popular golf courses still show a shortage of listings. Overall, a slightly weak stable market is expected."
