On the same day, President Kyung said on his social media (SNS) account, "High-capacity HBM in AI applications is a competitive advantage and the reason why customers are seeking HBM3 and HBM3E 12H (12-stack) more," adding, "We have formed a dedicated team, and the team is wholeheartedly improving quality and productivity."
He also said, "Although memory bandwidth doubles in HBM4, traffic between memory and computers remains a bottleneck," and "Many customers want to develop custom HBM4 in their own ways to solve this problem." He further predicted, "Customers will work on this together with us."
In the post, President Kyung also mentioned the recently announced AI inference semiconductor 'Maha.' He said, "Customer interest in Maha-1 is also increasing," and "Some customers want to use Maha for large applications with over 1 trillion parameters." He added, "There is a reason why we need to develop Maha-2 faster than expected," and "We need to prepare."

President Kyung stated, "Reducing logic power and increasing performance is necessary to enhance AI intelligence in various applications," revealing plans to support AI performance advancement through foundry (semiconductor contract manufacturing) technology development.
He said, "Customers are leaking or planning to leak test chips for Gate-All-Around (GAA) 2-nanometer (nm; 1 nm = one billionth of a meter) process," and predicted, "Through successful technology development, we will enable them to develop 2 nm products."
President Kyung posted this message after meeting customers over four days in five U.S. cities and sharing his reflections. He mentioned that during this business trip, he met Tesla and test drove the Cybertruck, saying, "It was more comfortable than I expected, and the acceleration was amazing." He added, "The ability to recognize surroundings with 10 cameras seemed excellent," and explained, "The short turning radius and large wipers were impressive."
