Increased Document Screening Bonus for Non-Capital Region Talents

Korea Venture Investment announced on the 29th that it will publicly recruit 14 new employees, including new hires and youth interns, this year.

The recruitment fields include 9 general screening officers (new hires) responsible for managing the Mother Fund, overseas venture capital (VC) global fund management, and investment company screening and management; 1 general screening officer (IT); 1 public service position (security); 1 specialized contract position (experienced) in regional fund management; and 2 experiential youth interns (disabled).


Preference points will be given to veterans, persons with disabilities, and talent from non-metropolitan areas. Additionally, the document screening preference points for talent from non-metropolitan areas will be expanded, and youth interns will be selected through a disabled-only screening process.


The recruitment process will be conducted in a blind manner, without disclosing information such as educational background, age, or gender. For new hires, a written test and personality test based on the NCS (National Competency Standards) job basic skills, focusing on individual capabilities and practical skills, will be conducted.


Applications can be submitted through the Korea Venture Investment recruitment website until 3 p.m. on the 11th of next month.
