The two organizations plan to join forces to efficiently investigate archaeological heritage buried underground.

The museum will select pilot districts for detailed surface surveys, and the association will research the latest studies, methods, and overseas cases related to archaeological heritage to share with the museum. They will also increase opportunities for exchange and cooperation to respond to changes in government policies or systems.

A representative of the Cultural Heritage Association explained, "This agreement was made to increase the predictability of how much archaeological heritage exists within the project districts promoted by LH and to take measures to protect archaeological heritage that may be damaged during the investigation process."
