Polaris Office announced on the 28th that it will participate in the officially launched "Korea Artificial Intelligence Computer Alliance (Korea-AI PC Alliance, K-APA)".
K-APA is a newly operated program this year under a global corporate collaboration program jointly run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Intel. It supports a proof of concept (PoC) program aimed at advancing business models and supporting overseas local expansion for promising startups in the artificial intelligence field.
This program provides Intel's services such as Intel developer tools and software portfolios. It also plans to support engineering consulting, customized mentoring using partner companies and networks, and workshops.
In particular, for companies wishing to enter local markets such as India and Singapore, support will be provided for local PoC projects, venture showcases, and strengthening the global capabilities of startups through partner and investor networking.
Ji Jun-kyung, CEO of Polaris Office, said, "It is meaningful to join K-APA in line with the government-wide AI projects that are gaining momentum this year," and emphasized, "Through our document creation solutions, which are the foundation of work productivity, we will activate active knowledge sharing and innovative projects among member companies."
He added, "We will contribute not only to on-device AI but also to the development of the domestic AI ecosystem."
