Additionally, to assist youth in entering overseas and global job markets, 13 projects including one-on-one customized employment consulting, special lectures by current professionals, and mentoring are conducted in collaboration with KOTRA and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, supporting youth to enter satisfying jobs and settle stably.

In the culture and arts sector, various policy projects are promoted for young visual artists and young artists. In cooperation with the Seoul Arts Center, the "Seoripul Youth Art Gallery" provides special exhibition opportunities for young artists, and the "Youth Gallery" project, which displays works by young artists in local cafes and facilities (bus stops, distribution boxes, alleys), will be expanded.

Along with this, cultural and artistic performances such as the Seocho Chamber Music Festival, the Visiting Flower Seat Concert, and the Noon Classic Dessert will be continuously promoted to support youth to freely perform anywhere in Seocho-gu.

In the life stability sector, the "Youth Smart Economy & Financial Education," which provides financial technology education and one-on-one customized counseling, supports asset formation and healthy financial independence among youth. Additionally, the "Jeonse and Monthly Rent Deposit Loan Interest Support Project" for newlyweds and youth will support housing stability.

In the vitality and participation sector, "Youth Network Activation" supports youth to directly participate in policy proposals and social problem-solving, and the "Paris 15th District Study" program offers language training and cultural experience opportunities in Paris 15th District, France, a city with which Seocho-gu has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Meanwhile, Seocho-gu will open the "Seocho Youth Center," which will serve as a hub for Seocho youth policy, on the 2nd floor of Yangjae Station CONEST (2567 Nambusunhwan-ro) on the 25th of next month. This center will operate various youth support programs such as career planning, customized comprehensive counseling, youth club management, and integrated youth policy guidance to accelerate youth policy implementation.

Jeon Seong-su, Mayor of Seocho-gu, said, "Through the faithful implementation of the detailed policy projects of this 'Youth Policy Basic Plan,' we will provide long-term and comprehensive support to Seocho youth with infinite passion and potential, creating 'Seocho, a youth city where young people stay and youth harmonize.'"
