Polaris AI Acquires Polaris Share Tech Shares... Strengthening Collaboration in Blockchain-Based AI Business

Polaris AI announced on the 27th that it will acquire approximately 47% of the shares of Polaris Share Tech, a blockchain-specialized company.

Polaris Share Tech is a blockchain development specialized affiliate with Polaris Office as its largest shareholder. It is exclusively responsible for developing 'POLA,' a knowledge-sharing blockchain platform based on the office software 'Polaris Office.'

With this stock acquisition, Polaris AI and Polaris Share Tech are expected to strengthen collaboration in the blockchain business sector. By actively sharing and integrating their respective AI (Artificial Intelligence), ICT (Information and Communication Technology), and blockchain technological capabilities, they anticipate creating an innovative business model encompassing both AI and blockchain.

A representative from Polaris Office Group stated, "We plan to maximize synergy by applying the technological capabilities of Polaris Office and Polaris Share Tech to Polaris AI, centered around the AI Convergence Research Institute," adding, "Recently, Polaris Share Tech has been developing solutions utilizing not only blockchain but also AI, which will double the group's overall capabilities."

They continued, "Multimodal AI, which exchanges information through various interfaces such as visual and auditory channels, is the current trend," and said, "Polaris Share Tech aims to become a platform company that verifies the authorship of AI-based content using OpenAI's DALL-E and Sora, and establishes a fair compensation system."

Recently, Polaris Share Tech registered a solution supporting users' content creation using blockchain and AI on the GPT Store. They are focusing on expanding profitability through an AI super-gap strategy.

Meanwhile, Polaris Office Group incorporated Polaris AI as an affiliate in February.
