Mandatory Social Contribution Included in Training Period
Aiming to Foster Spirit of Sharing and Coexistence
Ourhome announced on the 27th that it conducted volunteer activities with 95 new employees selected through the second half of last year's open recruitment, visiting nursing centers, welfare centers for the disabled, and orphanages nationwide.

Ourhome conducts social contribution activities as a mandatory training program for new employees so that those taking their first steps into society can cultivate a mindset of helping and caring for others and feel the importance of the company's social role.
The new employees who participated in this volunteer activity were divided into five teams and carried out meal support such as lunch preparation and distribution, cleaning, as well as indoor and outdoor facility environment cleanup and walking assistance activities.
Jin Wonjae, Head of HR at Ourhome, said, "Ourhome is carrying out various sharing activities to share the value of coexistence not only with new employees but with all employees," adding, "We plan to steadily increase the proportion of social contribution activities in future company-wide training programs to help cultivate a sense of consideration."
