According to the police, Medistaff representative Ki Mo will appear at the Cyber Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on the day to undergo questioning. This is the first time Ki has been investigated by the police in connection with this case.

Earlier this month, a post mocking residents who did not join the collective resignation as 'true doctors' and disclosing their personal information was posted on Medistaff, sparking controversy. The post contained detailed information presumed to be the departments of doctors remaining in medical sites and the number of residents remaining in each department.

In response, the Citizen's Committee for the Protection of the Common People's Livelihoods filed a complaint with the police on the 8th against Ki and the author of the post for violations of the Information and Communications Network Act, defamation, and obstruction of business. The committee claimed that the blacklist creator damaged reputations by disclosing residents' personal information, and that the community administrators contributed to defamation by neglecting the post.

Additionally, the police are investigating and have booked authors who posted insulting messages after revealing the identity of Professor A, a university hospital professor who previously blew the whistle on residents' rebate suspicions. They are accused of defamation by stating false facts about Professor A.
