Sputnik News reported on the 23rd (local time) that the suspects who carried out indiscriminate shooting and arson terrorism at a concert hall in Moscow, Russia, stated that they committed the crime under someone's orders.


According to a video released on the same day by Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of the Russian state broadcaster RT, one of the captured terrorists testified during interrogation by authorities that "the commander assigned the mission to kill everyone in the concert hall."


The suspect added that he committed the crime to make money and entered Russia through T?rkiye on the 4th.

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) arrested a total of 11 people related to the incident, including four key suspects who indiscriminately fired automatic rifles at the 'Crocus City Hall' concert hall in Krasnogorsk, northwest of Moscow, causing over 200 casualties.


The Investigative Committee explained that all four key suspects were apprehended in the Bryansk region, about 300 km southwest of Moscow. The committee claimed that they were caught about 100 km from the Ukrainian border, attempted to cross the border, and had contact with the Ukrainian side. Ukraine immediately denied any connection with the terrorists.


The cumulative death toll from the terrorists' attack has risen to 115 so far.
