Gyeryong Group KR Industry announced on the 22nd that it will launch sales of 'Elif Namwirye Station Eduforet' next month in Bokjeong 1 District, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.
'Elif Namwirye Station Eduforet' is located in B3 Block of Bokjeong 1 District, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam, and will be developed as a complex of 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 510 units of a single housing type of 84㎡. It consists of 457 units of 84㎡ Type A and 53 units of 84㎡ Type B.
The Bokjeong 1 District, where the complex is located, covers an area of 577,708㎡ around Bokjeong-dong and Changgok-dong, and will accommodate about 3,400 households. It is directly adjacent to Wirye New Town, allowing residents to enjoy well-established living infrastructure such as housing, education, and culture, and is evaluated as a ‘quasi-Seoul’ location with excellent access to Gangnam based on a solid transportation network.
The complex is subject to the public land price ceiling system for sale prices. It is expected to attract subscription demand as the sale price is set reasonably compared to apartment prices in Wirye New Town.
The complex is about a 3-minute walk to Namwirye Station on Subway Line 8. It also offers convenient access to Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8), Bokjeong Station (Lines 8 and Suin-Bundang Line), Garak Market Station (Lines 3 and 8), and Seokchon Station (Lines 8 and 9). Additionally, the Wirye-Sinsa Line (scheduled for 2028) and Wirye Line urban railway (tram) are being planned, which is expected to further improve transportation convenience.
In front of the main gate of the complex, a kindergarten and an elementary school (scheduled for the first half of 2026) will be established. It is within a 5-minute walk to Bokjeong High School from the complex. The proximity to the academy district in Wirye New Town and Daechi-dong in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, also offers excellent educational conditions.
Being close to Wirye New Town, it is convenient to use amenities such as Starfield City Wirye and Transit Mall. Large commercial facilities such as Garden Five, Lotte World Mall, and the planned Suseo Station Shinsegae Department Store are also nearby.
The complex is a ‘three-sided forest zone’ surrounded by the Yeongjangsan forest. Various large parks such as Wirye Station Riverside Park, Wirye Neighborhood Park, and Yeongjang Neighborhood Park are located around the complex.
All units are south-facing. Most units offer views of the Yeongjangsan forest. The complex plans to create walking trails within the complex linked to Yeongjangsan and provide parks and rest facilities, presenting it as a highland-type complex.
It is supplied as a single housing type of 84㎡. An innovative 4Bay layout (three rooms plus one living room facing the direction of sunlight) is applied to some units. Ample storage space such as pantries (in all units) is also provided, enabling efficient use of space.
Additionally, the complex has received preliminary certification as a 'Zero Energy Building.' By minimizing energy consumption for heating and cooling and using renewable energy facilities such as solar power, it is expected to reduce carbon emissions and energy costs, thereby lowering residents' management fee burdens.
