[2024 Residential Culture] The Three Pillars of Transportation, Education, and Environment at Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase

Hanwha Construction Division is developing the ‘Forena Brand Town’ in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province. They are currently selling units at ‘Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase’ located in the downtown area of Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan.

Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase is a complex supplied by reconstructing the Gojan Yeonrip 9 District. It consists of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 53 to 84㎡, totaling 472 households. Among these, 178 units are available for general sale. Together with ‘Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan’ sold in 2021, it is expected to become a Forena brand town with over 1,000 households.

Once the Shinansan Line, currently under construction, is completed, residents can reach Yeouido within 30 minutes from Seongpo Station on the Shinansan Line, which is within walking distance. It is also convenient to use Jungang Station on Subway Line 4 and the Suin-Jungang Line.

The complex includes a daycare center (Forena Preschool), a kindergarten behind the complex, and Deokseong Elementary School in front of the complex. It is a school zone where students can walk to Jungang Middle School and Gyeongan High School. Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, Korea University Ansan Hospital, Ansan City Hall, and Ansan Bus Terminal are all concentrated nearby, providing excellent living infrastructure. The contract terms are 10% down payment, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance. Among the down payment, 10 million KRW is paid at the time of contract, and the remaining amount must be paid within 30 days after the contract. The official contract period will be held for three days from March 31 to April 2. Move-in is scheduled for September 2026.
