Gang Gi-yoon, the People Power Party candidate for Changwon Seongsan in Gyeongnam, completed his registration for the general election on the 21st.
Candidate Gang stated, “I have accomplished many things, including the inclusion of the former Changwon city in the enforcement decree of the Old Planning City Maintenance Act, the opening of the 2nd Anmin Tunnel, the proposal of a special law for the establishment of Changwon National University College of Medicine, the introduction of a national responsibility system for nursing care costs, attracting the 2nd national industrial complex, support for osteoporosis and breast cancer treatments, and policies to reduce high medical expenses for severe and rare diseases,” emphasizing, “The only person who has done great things and will do great things is Gang Gi-yoon.”

He presented the so-called ‘7·7·7 Pledge,’ which includes 7 visions, 7 key promotion areas, and 70 pledges, promising to “create a greater Changwon and a better Seongsan.”
He said, “Just as we revived Changwon’s nuclear power industry, which was devastated by the nuclear phase-out policy, by working as one team with the government, there are things only a powerful ruling party lawmaker can do,” adding, “I will definitely create a vibrant Changwon economy and a bustling Seongsan by removing all obstacles that hinder job creation, regional development, and exercising property rights.”
“On the day I received the nomination certificate, I once again vowed to run for the development of my hometown Changwon Seongsan with the strength of a three-term lawmaker,” he said, adding, “I will work for Seongsan with the spirit of ‘fight to the death, live by dying.’”
