Wellbiotech, Delay in Submission of Audit Report

Wellbiotech announced on the 21st that the submission of the audit report is expected to be delayed due to the failure to complete the audit procedures.

The company stated, "During the 2023 audit, the external auditor was unable to obtain sufficient audit evidence from the company to form an audit opinion, and therefore could not complete the audit procedures," adding, "We will disclose the audit report as soon as it is received from the external auditor."

Wellbiotech's general shareholders' meeting will be held on the 29th. The deadline for submitting the audit report is one week before the regular general shareholders' meeting.
