Lotte Holdings, Lotte Chemical, etc... 15% Increase Compared to Last Year
Unlisted Companies Hotel Lotte and Lotte Property & Development to Announce Later
Shin Dong-bin, Chairman of Lotte Group, received a total compensation of 17.715 billion KRW last year from Lotte Holdings and four affiliated companies. This amount represents an increase of about 15% compared to the previous year.
According to the consolidated business reports of each company on the 20th, Chairman Shin received a total of 6.449 billion KRW from Lotte Holdings last year, including a salary of 3.83 billion KRW, a bonus of 2.617 billion KRW, and welfare benefits of 20 million KRW.
He also received 3.83 billion KRW from Lotte Chemical, 1.9 billion KRW from Lotte Shopping, 2.443 billion KRW from Lotte Wellfood, and 3.093 billion KRW from Lotte Chilsung Beverage.
Chairman Shin also receives a salary from Hotel Lotte and Lotte Property & Development. The business reports of these unlisted companies have not yet been disclosed.
Last year, Chairman Shin received a total of 18.98 billion KRW from six affiliated companies, including Lotte Holdings and these companies.
