Participation of Ballerina Kim Juwon and Others in Neulbom School Cultural Arts Education

Korea Arts & Culture Education Service Presents 'Neulbom Arts School'

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service announced on the 20th that they will introduce six types of 'Neulbom Arts School' in line with the nationwide expansion of Neulbom School. It is an online-based cultural arts education content that first graders in elementary school can easily participate in. The Education Service and the Korean Educational Broadcasting System (EBS) have created six video contents in the fields of dance, art, and traditional arts.

The production involved numerous artists, institutions, and companies, including ballerina Kim Juwon, installation artist Choi Jeonghwa, landscape architect Jeong Youngsun, the National Theater, the Park Seo-bo Foundation, and Ocon (Pororo). The programs will be broadcast sequentially on EBS 2TV from the 24th of this month to the 14th of next month, and will also be available on the official YouTube channel of the Education Service.


Since this month, the Education Service has been supporting over 100 differentiated cultural arts education convergence programs from existing after-school and care programs to more than 340 classes. Next month, a master class titled 'Kim Juwon's Ballet Classroom,' where Kim Juwon will personally visit and instruct, will also be held.
