[Tomorrow's Weather] Morning Temperatures Drop Below Freezing... Rain in Gangwon and Gyeongbuk

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 19th, rain or snow that began the previous day is expected to continue until dawn in eastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, and northern inland Gyeongbuk.

Rain or snow is forecast to fall until the afternoon in Yeongdong, Gangwon, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, and the northern east coast of Gyeongbuk. In the inland mountains of Gangwon and the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, heavy snow of about 1 to 3 cm per hour is expected in some areas.

The morning low temperature on this day is expected to be between -3 and -5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 6 and 13 degrees Celsius, similar to the average (morning low -2 to -6 degrees Celsius, daytime high 12 to 16 degrees Celsius).

Expected minimum temperatures in major cities are △ Seoul 0°C △ Daejeon 1°C △ Daegu 2°C △ Jeonju 2°C △ Gwangju 2°C △ Busan 4°C △ Chuncheon -1°C △ Gangneung 2°C △ Jeju 7°C.

Daytime high temperatures are expected to be △ Seoul 9°C △ Daejeon 10°C △ Daegu 11°C △ Jeonju 10°C △ Gwangju 10°C △ Busan 13°C △ Chuncheon 9°C △ Gangneung 7°C △ Jeju 10°C.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions. The Honam region and Jeju area are forecast to temporarily reach 'Unhealthy' levels in the early morning.
