This survey was led by the Business Administration Student Council to find out "What kind of SNS marketing strategies are needed to revitalize local theme parks?" Interviews and surveys were conducted with visitors to Gwangju Family Land on that day.

As a result of analyzing the survey, additional desired content for SNS marketing and improvement requests for Gwangju Family Land were compiled to be used as reference materials for future theme park revitalization efforts.

Student Council President Yoon Taeyang said, "We conducted this visitor survey with first-year students to understand and analyze the current status of Family Land's SNS marketing and to seek improvement measures," adding, "We will make sure to utilize the survey results as valuable data."
