Gwangjin-gu, Real Estate Official Prices Available for Review Until April 8 This Year

As of January 1 this year, Individual Official Land Prices, Individual Housing Prices, and Apartment Prices are subject
Available for online viewing or at Gwangjin-gu Office and local community service centers for real estate locations with opinion submission
2024 Real Estate Official Prices to be finalized and announced on April 30

Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is allowing the public to review the official real estate prices as of January 1 this year until April 8, and is seeking opinions from real estate owners and interested parties.

The scope of this review and opinion collection includes ▲individual land prices ▲individual house prices ▲apartment prices.

The official real estate prices can be viewed through the Real Estate Price Notification Service or the Gwangjin-gu Office website, and can also be accessed by visiting the Tax Division 1, Real Estate Information Division of Gwangjin-gu Office, or the local community service centers where the real estate is located.

If you have any opinions, you can fill out the relevant opinion form for each category and submit it online, by mail, fax, or in person, along with the ‘Consent Form for Collection and Use of Personal Information’.

The district will re-verify whether the submitted opinions are appropriate considering the characteristics and prices of the real estate, undergo verification by professional institutions, and review by the ‘Gwangjin-gu Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee’, then individually notify the opinion submitters of the results.

This year’s official real estate prices will be finalized and announced on April 30.

A Gwangjin-gu Office official stated, “Since official real estate prices serve as the basis for imposing various taxes such as local taxes, we ask that you submit any necessary opinions within the designated period.”
