Kolon Global Renovates 'Haneulchae' Exterior... "Will Enhance Brand Competitiveness"

Kolon Global announced on the 19th that it has renewed the exterior of its apartment brand ‘Haneulchae’ to enhance brand value and improve competitiveness in securing orders.


Kolon Global developed the ‘Haneulchae Universe’ package, which combines Haneulchae’s identity with design trends. The sculptural frame language of Haneulchae’s brand image (BI) was applied to the community areas, gateposts, building entrances, and landscaping, allowing the building’s form alone to symbolize Haneulchae.


At the complex’s landmark building, a simple cube-shaped Haneulchae BI in dark blue was installed to strengthen brand recognition. The design will also feature modern and refined neutral colors with high-contrast finishing materials.

The accent wall design, inspired by the sky motif of Haneulchae, is planned to change over time to allow residents to experience the flow of nature.


Having secured housing project construction rights worth approximately 1.5 trillion KRW last year through urban renewal projects and local housing cooperatives, Kolon Global is planning to create a Haneulchae brand town in Seoul by consecutively winning orders for Moa Town pilot areas 1 to 10 in Beondong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul.


A Kolon Global official stated, “We will continue to develop our brand image to secure an advantage in brand awareness competition, improve order competitiveness, and achieve sustainable growth. Starting with ‘Yuseong Haneulchae Hier (Daejeon Bongmyeong),’ scheduled for sale in April, we plan to actively introduce the brand to upcoming order and sales sites to firmly establish our residential brand position.”
