According to the Generative AI Top 50 web service ranking released by the world's largest venture capital (VC) firm Andreessen Horowitz (hereafter a16z), Liner was newly ranked in the Top 50 as the '4th most popular generative AI web product.' It is the only Korean service on the list.
Liner ranked higher than 'PerplexityAI,' which raised $73.6 million in investment earlier this year from Nvidia, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and others, as well as 'Claude' introduced by Anthropic. The overall number one is OpenAI's ChatGPT. Following are Gemini and Character.ai, with Liner coming after them.
Meanwhile, Capstone Partners invested in the Series A round of Aurum Planet, the developer of Liner, in 2020.
