Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 19th that it has signed a business agreement with Inha University and the Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Institute to foster talent in the aerospace field.
The agreement was pursued to establish an immersive career roadmap in the aerospace field and to cultivate outstanding talent through cooperation with Inha University and the Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Institute, which possess specialized personnel in aerospace engineering, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and industry-academia networks.

According to the agreement, the Metropolitan Office of Education will operate an educational system for talent development, including creative, convergent, and career joint education courses and an aerospace academy.
Inha University will support university-linked programs and promote education, while the Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Institute will provide facility support and assist with domestic and international institution and company linkage activities. The signing ceremony was attended by Do Seong-hoon, Superintendent of Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education; Jo Myung-woo, President of Inha University; and Yoo Chang-kyung, Director of the Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Institute.
Superintendent Do said, "We plan to build a career roadmap and foster talent by utilizing Inha University's excellent faculty and the Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Institute's technology and industry networks," adding, "We will cooperate with each institution to nurture creative and convergent talents who wish to pioneer the future in the aerospace field."
