The training, held over seven days from March 18 to 26, will take place at designated locations in each town and township. It will provide mandatory education on job duties, etiquette, and safety rules necessary for safe and happy job participation to 4,087 elderly participants.
This year, the county is providing senior jobs to 4,087 elderly people through the Cheongsong Senior Club with a total budget of 16.2 billion KRW, expanding participation by 536 people compared to the previous year.
Through this, the county contributes to improving senior welfare by enabling more elderly people to lead active and healthy lives in their later years.
County Governor Yoon Kyung-hee stated, “We will actively support seniors to lead vibrant and healthy lives through this project,” and added, “Since the health of our seniors is most important, I ask everyone to participate in activities with special attention to safety.”
