Samsung Welstory to Train Over 200 Franchise Consultants

Samsung Welstory announced on the 19th that it plans to train food material sales representatives who communicate with franchise clients as franchise specialist consultants and systematically support the expansion of the clients' franchise businesses.

To this end, by September, it plans to operate a franchise consultant training course for about 200 food material sales representatives and strengthen optimized solution capabilities.

To enhance the professionalism of the training program, Samsung Welstory signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Maxus Consulting, a franchise education consulting specialist company, and has jointly developed the training course over the past three months.

The sales representatives will start with a basic curriculum to increase their understanding of the overall franchise industry, followed by specialized lectures in areas necessary for consulting, such as franchise business law, supervisor systems, commercial district analysis and franchise store discovery, logistics system establishment, and marketing.

Sales representatives who complete the training will obtain the private certification of Franchise Manager. In the future, they will work as franchise specialist consultants providing comprehensive consulting necessary for franchise growth, rather than simply proposing food materials and sales.
