CJ Logistics Construction Division plans to conduct completion review meetings at 14 sites nationwide scheduled for completion this year, starting with the Jeju site in March.

The completion review meeting is held within two months after the building use approval is completed at the site scheduled for completion. It was established to inspect the construction status, minimize defect occurrence, and improve quality levels.

For repetitive defects pointed out at the site, recurrence prevention measures are established and checked during the essential inspection process, and related information is disseminated and used for training at other sites as well.

CJ Logistics Construction Division will also conduct a post-construction quality management program called ‘Homecoming Day’ concurrently.

Homecoming Day is a quality management program unique to CJ Logistics Construction Division, where construction managers revisit the site one year after completion to share construction quality issues that occurred over the year and their resolutions, and discuss future inspection plans.

Min Young-hak, CEO of CJ Logistics Construction Division, said, "The quality of buildings must continuously be improved, and the core competitiveness lies in diagnosing and promptly and accurately addressing issues when they arise. We will create a virtuous cycle structure by listening to inconveniences raised from the user's perspective and reflecting them in future construction, establishing it as our differentiated site culture."
