[Featured Stock] TPC Participates in TM Robot Session at Nvidia 'GTC 2024'... Domestic Distributor Spotlighted↑

TPC is showing strength. It is interpreted that this is influenced by the news that Techman Robot (TM Robot) will participate as a panelist in the bold panel at the AI festival ‘GTC 2024’ held by US-based Nvidia for the first time in five years since the pandemic.

As of 11 a.m. on the 18th, TPC is trading at 4,085 won, up 3.94% from the previous day.

Nvidia is hosting ‘GTC (GPU Technology Conference) 2024’ from the 18th (local time) to the 21st in San Jose, California, USA. GTC is an annual conference held by Nvidia, characterized by the opportunity to explore AI industry trends and future technologies all in one place. This event will feature 900 sessions, over 250 exhibitions, and dozens of technical workshops. The expected number of attendees, including both online and offline, exceeds 300,000.

Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, will deliver the keynote speech on the first day of the event at the SAP Center in San Jose. As discussions on AI development and adoption are active in the industry, he is expected to announce the latest technology trends. He may also introduce the company’s latest GPU products and AI services. At last year’s event, CEO Jensen Huang unveiled ‘DGX Cloud,’ a cloud-based software for AI model training.

TM Robot’s Director Hwang Chung-shien will participate as a panelist on the 19th in the discussion titled ‘Enhancing Collaborative Robot Capabilities: The Future of AI Vision through Digital Twin.’ TM Robot, a global collaborative robot company from Taiwan, is developing digital twin solutions together with Nvidia.

TM Robot aims to reduce robot programming time by 70% and cycle time by 20% by combining Nvidia’s Isaac Sim platform to develop digital twins that improve the efficiency of robot production line inspections.

Meanwhile, TPC is expanding its supply lineup in the collaborative robot business sector through partnership with TM Robot. In January, they also signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for technical cooperation including joint development.
