Zigbang Announces Recruitment for Paid Tenants at Virtual Office 'Soma'

Soma is a virtual office platform independently developed by Zigbang in 2021, the first of its kind in Korea. Until now, it has been offered as a free beta version to corporate clients. Along with recruiting paid tenants, it will begin offering office rental products to existing beta version tenants.

Soma is efficient for △companies considering transitioning from offline to remote work △companies struggling with communication issues during remote work △companies whose employees at multiple locations need to collaborate △companies requiring realistic communication with remote freelancers and contract workers.

The rental fee for Soma offices ranges from $15 to $27 per seat per month (based on annual payment), depending on the office size. Detailed pricing will be determined through specific consultations with each prospective tenant.

Customized services are available regardless of company size or work type, including startups, large corporations, and global companies.

Paid tenants are provided with optimized spaces according to their purpose, such as meeting rooms of various sizes, single-person ‘Focus Pods’ for individual work, and ‘Large Lounges’ for communication among many people. They can also use large screens and digital signage functions for internal announcements.

For tenants wishing to accommodate more than 150 employees, service packages including additional space design for large meetings or communication and event space rental vouchers are also provided. Zigbang plans to expand its contact points with corporate customers by selling short-term rental products for convention halls that can accommodate up to 500 people.

Seungwoo Ahn, CEO of Zigbang, said, "We have confirmed firsthand that stable service provision is possible because all Zigbang employees, including the entire staff, participated in the beta service period by commuting daily to Soma." He added, "Soma, which combines the advantages of remote work and offline offices, will become a new alternative for workspaces that meet the diverse needs of companies."
