PeopleFund Changes Name to 'PFC Technologies' for Overseas Expansion

"Starting Anew as a Global Tech Finance Company"

Online investment-linked finance company PeopleFund announced on the 14th that it has changed its company name to 'PFC Technologies'. PeopleFund will continue to be used as the brand for its online investment finance platform service.

PFC Technologies embodies the identity of a Pioneer in Finance and Credit Technologies. It also reflects the intention to carry on the brand assets accumulated over nine years by taking the initials of PeopleFund Company.

The background for the name change lies in the pursuit of overseas business. Since last year, the AI-integrated credit evaluation and risk management solution service has received great response from domestic financial institutions, leading PFC Technologies to seek opportunities to expand its services into overseas markets. After the name change, the company plans to focus on overseas expansion, especially in Southeast Asia.

Through rebranding, it aims to further strengthen its position as a technology finance company. PFC Technologies dedicates most of its internal resources to researching and developing AI-based financial technology and supplying services utilizing it.
