Woowa Brothers, responsible for the logistics services of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 14th that they are conducting an open recruitment for logistics and delivery operations management positions. The positions being recruited this time are a total of three: two roles in the operations team responsible for on-site operations and dispatch management at Woowa Brothers' 'Giji (DC, Distribution Center)', and one role in delivery operations management overseeing Baedal Minjok's delivery services overall.

Woowa Brothers, as a comprehensive logistics company, has an 'All-in-One Infrastructure' logistics system that covers the entire logistics area from middle mile to last mile. The All-in-One Infrastructure starts at the central logistics center Giji, which is responsible for large-scale product storage and transportation, and supplies products to Baemin B Mart in each city. At Baemin B Mart, the products supplied from the Giji are optimized and arranged again, then when an order is placed, the products are properly packaged and delivered to customers within about 30 minutes through Baemin Connect riders.

The operations team at the Giji, the first link of the All-in-One Infrastructure, manages the freshness of various products and integrates storage and transportation at the Incheon Giji logistics hub, which was expanded and opened in May last year. The delivery operations team is responsible for the last mile service of Baedal Minjok and operates all delivery services including Baemin Connect, Baemin B Mart, and Baemin Store.
