Sales increased by 176% YoY to 897.3 billion KRW
Operating loss in platform operations segment was 12.8 billion KRW
"Additional facility investments and new platform costs"
Ananti achieved its highest-ever operating profit last year.
Ananti announced on the 13th that its consolidated operating profit for last year reached 267 billion KRW, a 132% increase compared to the same period the previous year. This is the highest figure in its history. Sales also recorded a historic high of 897.3 billion KRW, up 176% from the previous year.
By business segment, sales and operating profit from the operation platform development and sales division were 713.6 billion KRW and 279.9 billion KRW, respectively. This was largely due to the inclusion of sales performance from the opening of Village de Ananti in July last year. Among the sales division's performance, the sales ratio of Village de Ananti accounted for 97%.
Platform operation division sales increased by 12% year-on-year to 183.7 billion KRW, but operating loss was 12.8 billion KRW. The company explained, "Initial operating costs were reflected due to additional facility investments and new platform openings such as Ananti at Gangnam, Village de Ananti, and Ananti Club Jeju."
Im Man-gyu, CEO of Ananti, said, "This year, we will strengthen our fundamentals by increasing revenue in the operation division and solidify our growth engine through robust internal management."
Ananti has proposed the purchase and cancellation of 2 million treasury shares at the upcoming regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for the 28th.
